So I've had a rather successful week at Uni! On Wednesday I had a BUCS riding competition at Talland which was hosted by the Royal Agricultural College (RAC). This was our third competition and the pressure was on because although we had won our first competition we came second in the last one and in order to get through to the next round we need to keep winning!
We all did very well in the Dressage and I managed to get the highest mark in the whole event (77.6%) and get some lovely comments from the judge. The jumping didn't go to plan for any of us but we had such a large lead from the dressage that we still managed to win! We have one more competition in two weeks time. If we win that we will head to regionals! No pressure then...
The other good Uni riding news is that I have been long listed for the World Equestrian University Championships held at Aachen in Germany this year. This is a long list of around 25 people which after a training session will be made into a short list of around 10 people. The final selection will consist of just 3 team members with 1 travelling reserve so the competition is very hot!

Finally I got my results from my January exams yesterday and they were a lot better than expected! My lowest was 79%, highest 89% and I am sitting on an average of 82.6%!!

That's all for now and unfortunately no exciting news or photos to post of George as he is still on limited work due to various set backs.
